Expansion Consultants create the BYX experience on college campuses where it doesn’t currently exist through on-site coaching. A team of two ECs are sent to complete one on-site expansion project per semester. An expansion project starts or restarts a colony and includes recruiting initial founding fathers, building an interest group, working closely with the University, leading the interest group to establishment as a BYX colony, coaching colonies on how to live out BYX membership in the weeks following their founding, and much more.
