Leadership Consultants are distinguished BYX alumni, recruited immediately after graduation. Selected for their outstanding leadership as collegiate members, they play a vital role in the national staff, offering guidance and support to 5-7 collegiate chapters. Drawing from their personal experiences and training, they help chapters thrive and develop strong leadership skills.
