National Leadership Summit equips every chapter’s officer team with the tools to continue the tradition of excellence and Christ-centered leadership on every college campus where you find BYX.

Cor Leadership Retreat is an annual selection of our top collegiate leaders

Presidents Circle

Presidents Circle gathers our collegiate chapter presidents for specialized executive leadership training in Washington D.C.

Chaplains Circle

Chaplains Circle equips chaplains to grow their collegiate chapter’s spiritual culture by spiritually forming the men who will spiritually inform fellow brothers through cell groups and mentoring relationships.

Pledge Captains Circle

Pledge Captains Circle trains BYX pledge captains to invest in and mentor the incoming generation of men at every collegiate chapter.
