Leadership Consultants are the primary coaches for BYX chapters and colonies. They lead 8-10 campuses in the local execution of the BYX mission, serving as the main connection point to the national fraternity. Their primary focus is understanding and enhancing the local experience of BYX through semester visits and weekly officer coaching calls. Consultants set the pace for BYX fraternity through direct impact on men’s lives and influence on chapter’s success.

The Fraternity Staff is currently looking to hire one Leadership Consultant for an August 1, 2026 start date.
We are looking for two individuals who would join the BYX team for one semester to establish BYX on a new campus. Expansion Team members will be sent to targeted campuses to recruit founding fathers, build an interest group of committed Christian men, collaborate with the University, and found BYX where it doesn’t currently exist. The ideal candidates will carry the heart and vision of BYX passionately and professionally. This team will be paid a monthly stipend, have rent-free lodging, and be led by the Executive Director of Fraternity.
